My recent stay at Comfort Inn in Bossier City was a mixed experience. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location near casinos and entertainment venues was convenient. the free breakfast was a nice touch, even though the scrambled eggs were a miss for me. However, the racial profiling incident with the manager left a sour taste in my mouth. the cleanliness of the hotel and the free amenities like WiFi and gym access were appreciated. Overall, this hotel has potential, but improvements in customer service and diversity training are needed to truly make it a welcoming space for all guests.
